ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner alleges that there are encroachments in the petition-mentioned survey number. He wants the same to be removed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petition- mentioned survey number has been classified as “Nilaviyal Pathai”.
4. We direct the third respondent to conduct survey. If the third respondent is satisfied that there are encroachments, the same shall be __________
