ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner alleges that there encroachments in the petition- mentioned survey number. He wants the same to be removed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petition- mentioned survey number has been classified as “Natham Poramboke”.
4. We direct the third respondent to conduct survey. If the third respondent is satisfied that there are encroachments, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. __________
