ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The impugned order is a peremptory order. It calls upon the petitioner to remove the encroachment in question.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the local body wants us to treat it as a notice. We cannot do so. We went through the contents of the impugned communication. Though it has been styled as a notice, it is actually not a notice. It is an order. On the ground of violation of the principles of natural justice, it is quashed. Liberty is given to the local body to take action as per law.
