(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that survey was already done on 04.08.2026, and they did not find any encroachment in the petition- mentioned survey number. If this submission turns out to be incorrect, it is open to the petitioner to file a contempt petition.
