ORDER
The petitioner, BT Assistant, has been issued with two charge memos and challenging the same, these writ petitions are filed on the ground of malafide.
2. Considering the nature of the dispute and the charges, this court by order dated 22.09.2026 referred the matter for mediation by appointing Advocate Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar, who is having rich experience in educational field, as mediator.
3. It is now reported on either side that the matter has been amicably solved in the mediation and a report to that effect has also been filed. Pursuant to the mediation, the management has agreed to withdraw the charge memos impugned in these writ petitions. The petitioner and the management have agreed for transferring the petitioner to LMS Higher Secondary School, Jamestown.

4. This court has considered the rival submissions made.
5. The amicable settlement of the issue is not only possible by the efforts taken by the learned Mediator but also due to the fairness on the part of the learned counsel for the respondents. This court places its appreciation to the learned Mediator and the learned counsel for the respondents.
6. Since the matter is settled, these writ petitions are disposed in the following terms:
(i) The mediation report dated 15.10.2025 is placed on record.
(ii) The 1st respondent shall approve the proposed transfer of the petitioner to LMS Higher Secondary School, Jamestown.
(iii) If there is any arrears of salary, necessary proposals shall be made by the management within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(iv) The salary and other eligible benefits in the transferred place shall be paid to the petitioner.
(v) Considering the valuable time allotted by the learned Mediator, the respective parties shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) to the learned Mediator.
