ORDER

After applying for reissuance of passport No. Y5701502, the petitioner has approached this Court for a writ of mandamus.

He submits that such inquiry would be completed within two weeks and that the report would be made available to the first respondent.

3. Taking note of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for reissuance of passport within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after taking into account the report, if any, submitted by the second respondent.
