PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned transfer order issued by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.M.1/8980/2023, dated 19.06.2026 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of law and consequently directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to transfer the petitioner as Junior Assistant to the Office of the 7th respondent, by considering representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.06.2026
and 22.07.2026 on merits and it accordance with law.

ORDER
The petitioner a Junior Assistant in the 6th respondent office has been transferred to the 5th respondent office at Chennai. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is suffering with insomnia, varicose vein and vertigo and therefore, he has to undergo periodical treatment at Thoothukudi.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent TASMAC submits that the petitioner has joined in the transferred place.
4. Considering the manner in which the petitioner a Junior Assistant has been transferred from Thoothukudi to Chennai, this court is inclined to interfere with the transfer order. Since the petitioner is said to have joined in the transferred place, the respondents are directed to consider the case of petitioner sympathetically for accommodating him in a place in and around Thoothukudi. __________
