ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take action and close the Plywood Lamination Industry in the name and style of Design Home in the property of Re.S.No.2/1C1A1 at Adaikkakuzhi Village within Adaikkakuzhi Village Panchayat in Munchirai Panchayat Union opened by the 7th respondent on 23-09-2026 abutting to the petitioner’s dwelling house illegally.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the fourth respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2026 and dispose of the same by passing a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording sufficient opportunity to the parties interested, if any.
