ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up in the afternoon session, a proceeding of the second respondent dated 16.10.2026 in Na.Ka.No.1718/2026/Aa2 is produced by the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) for the respondents, by which, the impugned order challenged in the present writ petition is withdrawn and the respondents have also ordered for the issuance of a community certificate in favour of the twin children of the petitioner.
