ORDER
After submitting an application dated 01.10.2026 for renewal of a passport, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction in relation thereto.
2. Mr.P.Sivachandran, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.) for the second respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the second respondent submits that a case is pending in C.C. No.11 of 2025 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to approach the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Rameswaram, for clearance. If such an application is
