ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up, it is reported by Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 1, 2 and 4 that, they are permitting the writ petitioner to participate in the examinations. He had also produced a copy of the communication issued in this regard.
2. Recording the statement of Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent University to act upon their statement made before this Court today and allow the writ petitioner to write the exams.
