ORDER
Heard, Ms.S.Keerthana, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner.
2. In the light of the order to be passed in this writ petition, which is not to prejudice of the respondent bank, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. The facts are not in dispute. The petitioner’s husband Mr.P.Mariappan, availed a loan of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only) from the first respondent bank and also deposited his Title documents with the respondent bank, to secure the loan. The borrower, Mr.P.Mariappan died on 19th January 2021. The Writ petitioner would contend that the petitioner’s husband was also insured with Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, at the instance of the second respondent bank. In this regard she along with the other legal heirs of the borrower, Mr.P.Mariappan, instituted O.S.No.125 of 2023 and the same came to be decreed in their favor on 24th April 2026. Ms.S.Keerthana, learned counsel for the petitioner invited the attention of this Court to the operative portion of the judgment which is extracted here under: __________

(ii) Directing the Defendants 1,4 and 5 to deliver vacant possession of the suit property to the Plaintiffs forthwith,
(iii) Granting a mandatory I njunction directing the 2nd defendant to register the discharge receipt of the loan account no 50161603707, and cancel the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed dated 17.07.2013 Document No.5407/2013 in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Theni, as the loan amount had been settled by the 3rd defendant, and to hand over the original title deeds relating to the suit property to the plaintiffs forthwith.
4. She would then contend that, based on the said decree, before they initiate an execution proceeding, to give an opportunity to the bank, to comply with the order, without forcing the widow to approach the Executing Court, they have given a representation to the respondent, a public sector bank, on 24th September 2026 and she would therefore pray that the said representation may be ordered to be disposed of.
5. In the light of the persuasive submission made by Ms.S.Keerthana, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent bank to consider the request of the widow made through her representation dated 24th September 2026 and pass orders within a __________
