PRAYER:
Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to remove the Injunction Column and rectify the mistake in the petitioner's Joint Patta No.2200, based on petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2026 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to remove the Injunction Column and rectify the mistake in the petitioner's Joint Patta No.2200, based on petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2026.
3. Even though the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to remove the term “Injunction” from the remarks column by considering his representation, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, and considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 13.09.2026, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the said representation dated 13.09.2026 and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons, if any.
