2. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal in B(5) 22108/2026 dated 24.06.2026 and dispose of the same within a stipulated time.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's preferred an appeal as early as on 24.06.2026, which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.06.2026 and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interested persons, if any.
