ORDER
Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would produce a copy of the proceedings dated 12th October 2026. In the light of the said proceeding dated 12th October 2026,, this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Petitioner counsel prays that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the said proceeding in a separate writ petition and he may also be permitted to raise all the contentions raised in this writ petition. The liberty sought is granted. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the matter
