Mukesh Kumar, driver is entitled to the payment back date regularization arrear w.e.f. 05.07.2017 to 26.08.2021. The RM HRTC, Hamirpur is hereby directed to workout benefits payable to the petitioner Sh. Mukesh Kumar, Driver and stagger the same in five annual equal installments as per Finance Department instructions dated 07.01.2012 circulated by this office vide letter dated 12.07.2012 within three days for compliance of court directions.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
