For the respondent : Mr. Ankush Thakur, Deputy Advocate General. ________________________________________________ Sushil Kukreja, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copies of office order/order dated 09.10.2026, wherein it has been stated that petitioners No.1 to 4 are allowed higher pay scale after two years of regular service subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023 and any other legal remedies.

2 2026:HHC:45126 TGT on contract basis in the year 2016 and regularized in the year 2020 and was awarded the higher pay scale in the year 2022 and fixed at Rs.41,600/- respectively as per notification dated 06.09.2022.
3. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of. Notice discharged
4. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to assail office order/order dated 09.10.2026, in accordance with law, if they are still aggrieved. The petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. ( Sushil Kukreja ) October 14, 2026
