ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to stay all further proceedings in A.S.NO.52/2019 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai, pending disposal of the civil revision petition.
2. Even as per the case of the petitioner, the said appeal suit was already dismissed for default and the restoration petition filed by him was also dismissed, against which the present civil revision petition has been filed.
3. Since the appeal in A.S.No.52 of 2019 itself was already dismissed for default, there is no further proceedings in the said appeal. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 15-10-2026 (2/2) MST To The Additional Subordinate Juge, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai.
