Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting?

For the Petitioners: Mr. Ganesh Barowalia, Advocate.

For the respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General. Sandeep Sharma, J. (Oral)

Through instant petition, a very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for disposal of Review Petition No. 315 of 2023 in a time-bound manner.

2. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, states that he has no objection in case prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted.

Since it is apparent from the averments contained in the petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, that review petition has been pending for the last three years, this Court sees no impediment in disposing of the present petition with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the pending review petition, as detailed hereinabove, filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other stakeholders.
