Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the office order dated 15.06.2026, passed by the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 28.11.2025, passed in CWP No.18435 of 2025, titled, Ashoka and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and another, has duly been complied with and thus, he does not want to press the present execution petition. However, liberty may be reserved to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy against the office order dated 15.06.2026. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is closed with liberty reserved to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy against the office order dated 15.06.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh.
3. The execution petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
