ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application in I.A.No.6/2025 in O.S.NO.16/2023 filed by the petitioners seeking rejection of main suit.
2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
3. The respondent herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking declaration of title and injunction. The petitioners herein, who were arrayed as defendants in the suit filed instant application in I.A.No.6 of 2025 seeking rejection of the plaint. The said application was filed on 24.04.2024 and till date, there is no progress in the said application. Hence, the petitioner has come before this court.
4. A perusal of the petition and order in I.A.No.6 of 2025 would indicate that counter of respondent/plaintiff was filed as early as on 27.01.2026 and thereafter, the matter has been simply adjourned for petitioner side enquiry, without any progress.

5. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties were already completed, this court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2025 in O.S.No.16 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.
