Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 29.09.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh along with copy of order dated 17.08.2026, passed by the Principal Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.295/2026, titled, State of H.P. and others vs. Ghanshyam Dass and others along with connected matters, which are taken on record.

petitioners submits that she does not want to press the present execution petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed with liberty to file the same after the decision in Ghanshyam Dass’s case (supra).
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present execution petition is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as prayed for. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
