ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Harur, Dharmapuri, to dispose of O.S.No.154 of 2006 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit is for partition and the suit is at the stage of examination of witness on the side of plaintiffs.
4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the fact that the suit has been pending from the year 2006, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Harur, Dharmapuri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.154 of 2006 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction.
