2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that counter has been filed in the interlocutory application.
4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2026 in G.W.O.P.No.4515 of 2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction.
