2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. In the considered view of this Court, the Court below rightly has not entertained the application since such an application is not maintainable under Section 151 CPC. If, according to the petitioner, the suit is barred by any law and if any grounds are made out under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, an appropriate application can be filed under that provision. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed. This civil revision petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
