ORDER
These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the docket order passed by the Court below on 30.09.2026, wherein the applications filed by the petitioner to reopen and recall RW1 to mark certain documents came to be returned by the Court below.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record and this Court also carefully went through the order passed by the Court below.
3. The Court below had passed the following docket order on 30.09.2026: The depositions of P.W.s 2 to P.W.9 for related the case and under Section 161 Statement, except P.W.1, irrelevant to the case. Hence this petition is returned. Time One Week.

4. The above order passed by the Court below is incomprehensible and it is not clear. Therefore, the Court below is directed to number both the applications and pass a reasoned order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
6.
