OP No. 607 of 2022 been effected. The death certificate of the deceased, namely, Arjun Nagendra Kathare, who died intestate, has been marked as Ex.P1. A certified copy of the legal heirship certificate has been marked as Ex.P2. The computer generated death certificate of wife of the deceased, namely, Sundarabai A. Kathare has been marked as Ex.P4. The death certificates of other legal heirs have been marked as Exs. P5 and P7. Ex.P8 is the computer generated legal heirship certificate in respect of one Premila S.Meharwade. The paper publication effected has been marked as Ex.P9.

3. Even in the prayer made in the original O.P., the petitioners had requested for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 6th petitioner and subsequently, applications for impleadment of legal heirs of deceased 3rd and 5th petitioners came to be filed and they were allowed. Thereafter, the cause title in the O.P. has been amended to include the legal heirs of 3rd and 5th petitioners. There is no impediment as far as grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 6th petitioner is concerned.
