JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Though the challenge has been made to the order of the learned Single Judge directing the appellant to furnish security of Rs.2 crore 26 lakhs, while admitting the appeal, this Court vide order dated 11.08.2023 granted stay directing the appellant to pay 50% of the suit claim within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that order has been complied and the trial is in the defence side evidence.
2. Such view of the matter, as the sufficient security has already paid and the matter is in the defence stage, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. Let the suit be disposed of expeditiously.
