JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Challenge has been made to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 28.06.2023 made in A.No.3179 of 2023 in CS.No.109 of 2023, wherein, the prayer for interim injunction was rejected.
2. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the suit itself is rejected and nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
