ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking regularization of the petitioner on completion of 3 years from service from the date of his original appointment in the light of the orders of this Court in WA.No.1615 of 2018 dated 23.11.2023 and in the light of the orders passed by the Full Bench of this Hon’ble Court in WP No. 23823 of 2023 dated 26.02.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader would contend that the petitioner being a part time OHT operator, is not eligible for a pension.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appointment order did not specifically refer about the part time.

5. Though the learned Special Government Pleader would object such contention, in all fairness, would submit that they would consider the petitioner’s representation according to it’s own merits and in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above fair submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court, without going into the merits of the writ petition, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 09.09.2023 according to it’s own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
