COMMON ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Writ of mandamus has been instituted forbearing the respondents from demolishing the residential house belong to the petitioners.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader, based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District would submit that survey conducted and encroachments were identified. Instructions are given to the Block Development Officer to initiate enforcement action.

3. In view of the report submitted by the Tahsildar, official respondents are directed to initiate enforcement action by affording opportunity to the encroachers and by following the procedure under relevant statutes and rules in force. If any encroachments are identified, the same is to be removed without causing any undue delay. The entire exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
