Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 09.10.2026, wherein, it has been stated that the petitioner has been allowed higher stage of Rs. 47,000/- after two years of regular service subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No. 4830/2023 titled as Inder Singh Thakur and any other legal remedies. It has been further stated that concerned DDO has been directed to fix the pay of petitioner and release the arrears as per Finance Department instructions from time to time. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is closed.
3. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to assail order dated 09.10.2026, in accordance with law, if he is still aggrieved. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
