Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of order dated 02.05.2026 passed by the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla-171003 and letter dated 12.10.2026, issued by the Divisional Manager, HRTC, Mandi Division, which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid letter dated 12.10.2026 reveals that DCRG/Gratuity and leave encashment amounting to Rs.12,88,650/- and Rs.7,81,000/-, respectively has been paid to the petitioner and only the interest on the amount(s) of DCRG and leave encashment remains to be paid.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents-Corporation prays for and is granted eight weeks time to pay the interest. However, in case the interest is not paid to the petitioner within eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
