Learned counsel representing the petitioner fairly states that mandate given in the judgment sought to be executed stands complied, but till date consequential benefits/arrears have not been released.
2. While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Anish Banshtu, learned Deputy Advocate General, fairly states that arrears, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously.
3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits pursuant to compliance of mandate contained in the judgment sought to High Court of H.P. ::: Downloaded on - 28/10/2026 17:37:09 :::CIS
2 be executed, if not already released, shall be released within a period of two months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the order/judgment.
