ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The order impugned in this writ petition was passed by the second respondent. The second respondent after noticing that the RDO had already passed an order favouring the petitioner could not have been taken a contra stand.
3. The learned standing counsel for the corporation states that a revision has been filed before the DRO. Based on the order to be passed by the DRO, further action can be taken but not till then.
4. The impugned order is quashed. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
