dated 12.01.2022 and considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
The petitioner, a Sub Registrar, (Under suspension) has submitted a representation before the respondent on 10.02.2025, to revoke his suspension order and filed this writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus.
2. Today(15.10.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by referring to the orders passed by the disciplinary authority, dated 13.10.2026 submits that the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against this petitioner has been concluded and he has been dismissed from service.
