ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is a resident of Appayanaickenpatti. She alleges that there are encroachments in the petition mentioned survey number.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate clarifies that S.No.593/25 & 593/26 alone have been classified as “street”.

4. Therefore, we direct the third respondent to remove the encroachment in these two survey numbers alone by adhering to due process of law. Notice will be issued to all the encroachers. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is partly allowed. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.) (M.D.S.,J.) 15-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No rmi
