ORDER
The petitioner had applied for issuance of passport. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Appearing on behalf of the second respondent, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the charge sheet was filed in S.T.C.No.462 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam.
3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Judicial Magistrate concerned for clearance.
