ORDER
After applying for renewal of Passport No. F0658978, the petitioner seeks a direction for the processing of such application.
2. Mr.K.Maharajan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent confirms that no charge sheet was filed in relation to Crime No.373 of 2021.
4. Considering said position, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s application for renewal and dispose of the same in accordance with law within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
