PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the Respondents No 4 to 6 act upon the proceedings of the 3nd Respondent vide his proceedings in Na. ORDER
Alleging mismanagement of the funds and properties of the temples mentioned in paragraph 2 of the affidavit, the petitioner submitted representation dated 18.05.2026. Seeking the early disposal thereof, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Accepting notice on behalf of all the respondents, Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that a report is awaited from the Inspector and the revenue authorities. Upon receipt thereof, he submits that the Assistant Commissioner will pass orders on the representation.
3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
