ORDER
Apprehending that the petitioner would be evicted from the property admeasuring 162 square metres in Survey No. 277/2 at S. Kannanoor West Village, Park Street, Mannachanallur Taluk, the petitioner approached this Court after submitting representation dated 09.09.2026.
2. Accepting notice for the first and second respondents, Mr.P.Pethu Rajesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, confirms that the property is privately owned. He has handed over a copy of Patta No. 1584. He adds that the first and second respondents are undertaking a survey pursuant to an application by the pattadhars. Beyond that, he submits that no measures would be taken to evict the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. This order will not, however, stand in the way of the third respondent
