ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5. Issuance of notice to the respondents 6 to 12 is dispensed with.
2. According to the petitioner, the petition mentioned survey number has been earmarked as “Harijana Kudieruppu”. We wonder as to why such name is still retained. Be that as it may, according to the petitioner, there are encroachments in the petition mentioned survey number. We direct the fourth respondent to look into the writ petitioner's representation. If the fourth respondent is prima facie satisfied that there are encroachments, then notices will be issued to all the encroachers and the encroachments shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. __________
