ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. The writ petitioner is a resident of Mallakkottai Village. According to him, the petition mentioned survey number has been classified as “salai”. The third respondent herein has encroached upon the same.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copies of the relevant records. It is seen therefrom that old S.No.117/7 has been classified as “grama natham”. Subsequently by mistake, it came to be classified as “salai”. This mistake was also undone later. The third respondent is having patta. The name of the third respondent is very much mentioned
