PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No. Aathi7/682/2025 dated 05.04.2025, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the respondents to restore the patta issued in favour of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2026.

ORDER
Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudarsan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. Considering the fact that the impugned order came to be passed based upon a public notice that had been issued, which according to the petitioner has also not been communicated, there shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings, pursuant to the impugned order.
