COMMON ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is withdrawing these Writ Petitions in view of the recent judgment of this Court in G.Chinnathambi vs. The Tamil Nadu Information Commission and others, in W.P.No.11444 of 2011, dated 02.12.2020 concluding that the Right to Information Act is inapplicable to co-operative societies.
