COMMON ORDER

The petitioner in OP is present in person and he seeks permission of this to withdraw the Original Petition itself. However, as pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant in A.No.3921 of 2026, an ex-parte has already been passed in the OP and unless the said order is set aside, the permission to withdraw the OP cannot be granted.

2. I see reason in the said representation made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Hence, in view of the petitioner coming forward to withdraw the OP itself, the application in A.No.3921 of 2026 is allowed and consequently, as requested by the petitioner, who is present in person, O.P.No.380 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 14-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No ATA
