While placing on record communication dated 19.09.2026, issued under the signature of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith sanction letter with respect to budget allocation, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands complied with.

worked out, out of which first and second installments, amounting to Rs. 2,71,344/-, have been allocated to the concerned Treasury Office/DDO of the school on 11.09.2026 for further disbursal of the same to the petitioner. Learned Additional Advocate General states that remaining amount shall also be paid to the petitioner expeditiously.

3. Having taken note of the fact that two installments out of the total amount, as indicated hereinabove, have been ordered to be released, there appears to be no justification to keep the present petition alive and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that aforesaid two installments, if not already credited to the bank account of the petitioner, are credited within a period of one week and thereafter, remaining amount is also paid within a period of three months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to seek revival of the present petition, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards attachment of the property of the department as well as the salary of the erring official.
