This contempt petition is filed alleging that the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.32603 of 2025 has been wilfully disobeyed the respondent herein. __________

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent had placed an order passed by the respondent in compliance with the order dated 14.11.2025, whereunder the claim of the petitioner had been rejected.
