ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the second accused in CC No. 2 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sattur, Virudhunagar seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.
2. It could be seen from the records that the case is posted on 05.11.2026 for appearance of LW.2, L.W.6 and L.W.7. Totally, there are 14 witnesses and all of them are family members of the defacto complainant.
3. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sattur, Virudhunagar to conclude the trial by 31.12.2026.
