ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in Crime No.206 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent, final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate), Sivagangai on 14.09.2026.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to see that the final report is taken on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
